REFUNDS

Epic Hoodie has a 30 Day Return Policy. All made-to-order hoodies are subject to a 15% restock fee. To qualify for a return or exchange the hoodie must be unworn and in new condition. Items under warranty will be covered for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty. Once your return is received, we will send an email notifying you of the refund being processed. The issued credit may take up to 7 business days to show in your account depending on the payment method used for the transaction and your bank's processing time.

EXCHANGES

Epic Hoodie will honor all exchanges post marked within 30 days of the item(s) being delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
